People are trying to get their stuff and take care of business. This is a major inconvenience! Myself and 3 other cars have come up here in the last 5 minutes expecting for the business to be open and have been turned away by employees looking through the window. I even saw 2 FedEx trucks pull up and pull off after seeing all the lights out in the building. Crazy.

They are explicitly told "by their manager" that "we can't allow pick ups, even one minute late" regardless of how much you paid for shipping. 2 day shipping equals 4 days in transit. If you try to call them, good luck, you'll never get through the automated system. Customer service just repeats the same phrases over and over like what you say doesn't make a difference. Use USPS or UPS if you have to ship something. FedEx is the bottom feeder of parcel delivery services.

Word to the wise, pay and print that shipping slip out at home yourself so all you have to do is scan it yourself when you get there and set that package on the counter and leave - takes less than a minute - or you can be in that line up to an hour.
