The staff here was very professional and helpful. I don’t often ship anything, yet even dealing with an annoying warranty return, on a Sunday afternoon, dealing with technical difficulties in their store, they got me all taken care of very quickly and without any real issues. It was a solid experience!

RUDE STAFF!! I drove 30 miles to come to this location because the other locations were closed on a Sunday. Kinko's rents computers so you can work, do webinars, or online interviews. But THIS IS NOT A QUIET PLACE AT ALL TO GET WORK DONE. An employee starts VACUUMING AT 12:30pm DURING MY ONLINE INTERVIEW. I asked her for a few minutes to finish but she started vacuuming again to be NASTY! At this location, they play loud music that none of the other locations do. You're supposed to get work done here, but can't. They don't care about that time you're paying for on the computer or their loud disruptions. CO-WORKING SPACES ARE MORE ACCOMODATING TO PROFESSIONALS. YOU CAN'T GET ANY WORK DONE AT FEDEX KINKOS, SO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I wouldn’t recommend. I walked in to a non-busy store at 2:20p and didn’t leave until 3:53p. The manager, asst manager all in store and proceeded to walk past me as if I haven’t seen 2 people go to lunch. Came in for a print and cut. Came in 2 weeks prior for double the quantity and it took all of 20min. If an employee is struggling you would think someone would help them or ask the customer to come back because it’s going to take some time.

This branch has by far the laziest and worst delivery drivers in the Atlanta area. They refuse to deliver packages as instructed and cause constant delivery issues that could be avoided if they were competent. Don't bother reporting them for misdeliveries because their managers are just as bad and won't hold them accountable or fire them for their laziness and lack of will to do their "one" job...to deliver the package to the customer.

The worst of the worst, terrible service and also scammers. I sent a piñata with a maximum weight of three pounds plus the box of two pounds with a total maximum weight of five pounds and they are charging me 58 pounds which is a scam and extremely ridiculous. Worst of all, there is no way to make a claim.
