My mom went over to get help with sending her insurance company pictures from her cell phone. She’s 80 years old and they are so rude at this location. It’s sad because she has live in the area for 40 years and I my first job was even the Publix behind there. I use to know the people that worked there in the 90’s, boy how help has changed. The service clerk was helping a lady when she finished she didn’t even ask my mom could she help her. My mom than ask will you mind helping me send these pictures to my insurance company so they don’t cancel my policy. They have to be in by 6. My mom only came here because she lives so close and she’s received help before from this same location but from different people. The lady was rude and off putting abcs even spoke and her breath something rude on reference to my mom. It’s sad when people can treat fee aging community so poorly without regards. East Cobb is a family oriented community with people that generally look after one another, even the police and the churches stand with their community. If this is their attitude I think they should have jobs in the metro area, not the suburbs of East Cobb. Be blessed and take the Lord with you. Just know if you run into this location expect minimal customer friendliness and compassion. It was nonexistent today for my 80 year old mother. She actually is very well loved and liked in her community. Thankfully, this isn’t typical in East Cobb.

Someone internal to FedEx changed the ship to for a $1000 package from my address to this store. These people then permitted some random person to sign for (steal) my package from their location. When I went to the store to follow up I basically got the runaround from an indifferent and rude employee there. “Someone signed for it. Call your shipper.” You people let someone steal my package and do nothing about it! Then your employee behaves like it’s an inconvenience to do her job. Outrageous!

I would give this location zero stars if that were an option. My interaction with Makayla, the assistant manager, was extremely disappointing. Her demeanor was rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in basic customer service skills. She acted as though assisting me was a personal inconvenience rather than the responsibility of her role. The attitude I encountered was unprofessional and unnecessary, and it ultimately drove me to take my business to UPS instead. No customer should feel as though they are a burden simply for asking for help. If Makayla is unable to engage respectfully with customers, a non–customer-facing position may be a better fit. I was seriously disappointed by this experience. Side note: UPS in the Woodlawn Shopping Center was happy to help.

This is right by my house so I have used this location for printing and shipping many times over the years. The last two visits have been absolutely terrible, once about 3 months ago and again this morning. The team is genuinely rude, and not well trained. While I was there, at least 7 people cam through the door, only 1 of us actually completed the task (ie if you’re the owner spent their money with you) the rest were rudely argued with and ignored until we left. Taking my package to UPS later today which is further, and slower, but shockingly has more friendly people who actually get packages shipped without creating weird conditions and requests for everyone who walks through the door. I’ll spare the details of the last two visits but truly confounding in how difficult it was to complete my task and also how poorly I was treated.
