BE AWARE!!! Do not utilize this company for your insurance. I was rear ended by a driver with another insurance and attempted to go through their insurance for my damages. I was met with incompetence at every call, so to avoid further disappointment, I decided to utilize my own insurance company (Geico) that I pay my hard earned money to — for them to go after the other insurance on my behalf. This accident happened almost a month ago and I have not been provided any recuperation for the rental vehicles I had to pay for out of pocket. I have not been provided any information about the what the next steps are for me settling this case. Every time I call the company I am forced to speak with a different representative who tells me they have no information about my case and have no answers as to the holdup on the other insurances side. I’ve spoken to managers and asked to be escalated and they just refuse and act as if there’s no one available to help. I’ve been made to feel like I am at fault for an accident I did not cause and basically begging my insurance company to do the littlest bit of work to help their insurer in a tragic situation where I’m now without a vehicle and struggling to get any information from anyone with how they are handling this case. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! Please! In a time with the economy the way it is, people deserve for their money spent to be valued and appreciated and this company doesn’t deserve a dime from anyone. I will continue to spread the word and hope everyone shops insurance with other company’s that stand behind their customers and values.

I have had Geico for years and today they did the most for me to get a manager on the line. I had to call 3 times to the South Carolina Market. And still haven't had my issue resolved. I asked for the corporate office and Delmonte put me on hold for over 2 minutes just to come back to tell me he or his counterparts had to take a corporate escalation. There supposedly is no email or address to submit it too. This is insane. I have my HOME INSURANCE and CAR INSURANCE through them. Im about to shop around!!!

If I could give 0 star review I would. I recently relocated from IN to GA. Our current policy was rated for IN, however, with the move I need a GA policy. I called in to get a GA policy for my vehicle, and the sales agent transferred me to the reissue department bc I have a current policy. I explain to the reissue agent that I need a GA policy in my name. They inform me that I need a copy policy for GA and transfers me to service. I explain to the service agent about my move to GA and me needing a copy policy in my name NOT the named insured. I explained he would be remaining in IN and would not be driving the vehicle. She confirmed that he would not be added to the policy. I proceeded to give her my SSN and DOB and she ran my credit. We proceed as usual and I was told I would be emailed proof of insurance. I go to register my vehicle in GA today and can't. I called GEICO for proof of insurance and the agent informs me I have NO policy, and have been removed from my IN policy. I informed the service agent that I had just created the policy the day prior. She says there was a policy created, but it was for the named insured on the IN policy only. I informed her that I discussed with the previous agent that the policy was to be for me and only. She informs me that I no longer have any authorization on the policy, and she needs permission to speak with me from the named insured. I call him and add him to the call. We are transferred to sales. We spoke with Adrian explained to him the situation and he informs us we need to speak with service. Prior to being transferred I asked for a manager or supervisor and he informed me it would have to a service supervisor or manager, but he would request one. He transfers us to Kim in service and I ask her to speak with a supervisor or manager. She tells me that she need to know why before transferring me. I explain the situation again and my concern that I provided sensitive information and consented to my credit being pulled under the impression that I was creating an insurance policy for myself and I'm being told I have no policy. She then refuses to transfer us to a supervisor or manager. She told us there was no supervisor or manager on duty, and they don't accept transfer calls they only provide call backs. The named insured asked for her name and agent number and she told us her name is "Tina" he asked for her last name she said "Tina from Texas trust me everyonekmows Tina from Texas". He then asked for her supervisor's name she said "Britney from Texas". She proceeded to act as if she was adding me to the policy. I asked her why did the premium increase she said bc I was never on the policy. I asked why when I specifically requested a policy for myself. She said bc I was removed from the policy we asked by whom she said she didn't know. Then she said it's bc the policy she wrote was for the named insured and not myself even though I gave her my SSN and DOB to create the policy for me. I asked for a call back from the manager bc something isn't right. After the call my premium increased $120.25 and she gave me a policy number that doesn't work. I tried to create an account with the GEICO mobile app and it says policy not found. I gave Kim a.k.a Tina from Texas my SSN and DOB again only to still not have a policy. What are they doing with my name DOB and SSN if not creating a policy? This is concerning.
