Luckily, all the other employees were very friendly and helpful, especially the young lady who helped me with a copy job.

Upon entering the store, I was not greeted by either Evan or Derrick. Instead, both employees were engaged in personal conversations while I stood waiting for assistance. When I was finally addressed, Evan in particular was very rude in his demeanor. This lack of professionalism and courtesy is unacceptable and has left me extremely dissatisfied with the service at this location. As a result, I will not be returning to this FedEx branch and am willing to drive to Warner Robins, where I know I will receive better service. I hope this matter will be addressed so that future customers do not experience the same treatment.

- APAmber PaigeMar 14, 20201.0I was suppose to receive a package Friday and got a message it was delayed and could get it Saturday before the end of the day so I called to see why it wouldn’t give me a specific time and if I needed to I would travel an hour and a half to come get my package I have been waiting on!!! and they said “if it’s not there by 8 call back immediately and so I did just to find out they are closed at 8 so now I’m waiting on my package to come Monday... Super mad! They acted like they didn’t even want to talk RUDE!
