One of the workers here clearly avoids doing their job and wastes time with unnecessary things instead of helping customers. If I have to scan and handle heavy items myself, I don’t understand why they are even working here. The service is completely unacceptable — this employee should not be kept in this position given their attitude and lack of effort.

There's plenty of parking and someone around in case you need help. I don't know how helpful or friendly they are, I haven't interact with anyone there and I don't even remember if I have been greeted on my way in but I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt that if I were to need help they will be happy to assist me.
