I expect basic efficiency and communication when I visit a shipping center, and this location completely failed on both. I won’t be coming back unless things improve dramatically.

If I have to scan and handle heavy items myself, I don’t understand why they are even working here. The service is completely unacceptable — this employee should not be kept in this position given their attitude and lack of effort.
