- WNWendy NunleeOct 6, 20251.0I was told by the person behind the counter (on October 2, 2025 at the 9775 Medlock bridge , Johns Creek location ) that if I wanted to send a FedEx envelope to someone and enclose a self addressed envelope in the package, that I would need to go back home and create an account and then send the label via email to the fed ex location. And then, comeback to the FedEx store to have them print out labels in order to have my package delivered. It does not make sense that this could not be handled in the store. It was a waste of my time and energy. Oh, after I suggested that they have computers on sight, can I do this process at one of their computers. He then agreed that I could use their computer to do what he instructed me to do, but warned me that most people were not able to achieve the task on the in-store computer. That did not make sense either, but I attempted to , but the computers had such bad internet connections, that I was not able to create an account in order to send and envelope package with a self- addressed envelope enclosed. After spending 20minutes in the FedEx store I left with nothing accomplished! I feel like I received poor service and wasted my valuable time . I will not be using this location again.
