Both times with NO ONE in the store he has watched me struggle with larger packages and had me scan everything through the self serve kiosk vs. actually assisting me. Gratefully the first time the manager stepped in to help. I was not so fortunate the second time. I will be going out of my way to visit a different store in the future. The extra drive to get service will be worth it.
