This is the third experience in a row with such rude service. The woman straight up lied to my face multiple times. She was also incompetent and had no clue how to use the system to find a country I was shipping to. Most basic task for someone working in a fedex store. She refused to listen. Kept interrupting. Gave so much attitude, eye rolling, etc. She spoke as if she did not want to be there or have any business. She was so unhelpful with any request that I left with nothing accomplished. It's unbelievable that someone actually gets paid to be obnoxious and unskilled. This was my third and last try using this branch. The one I usually use was closed for some reason so I tried my luck here and it was an epic fail.
