The lady had a stink attitude the moment I walked in, never answered any of my questions, instructed me to do things in such a rude manner as if I were the one forcing her to do her job. As I was walking out I remembered that I needed to include a return label with my shipment so I turned back as she picked up my envelope to take to the back. I told her I’m happy to pay for any inconvenience since I know I’d have to open the envelope and get a new one. She proceeds to tell me (with an attitude of course) that they don’t do return labels there. Do I look like an idiot to you lady? I decided to walk out before I was rude to her and use the return to shipper service online. I was very polite and patient with her. I’ve seen many complaints about her in these reviews so I called and reported her. I hope they at least give her a warning.

I know she was lying as I do this very frequently, I just left the place and she seemed happy that I did. She was rude and does not care about good customer service. I went to another place about 18 minutes from there and got it all done in no time; all information was taken from my phone; fast and easy, and we saved paper.
