    Horrible location not sure who the heavy set older black woman was in the facility but she was disrespectful and rushing customers out telling them she is about to get off work and they need to hurry..facility closed at 1 pm I was not able to complete my return Saturday 12/27/2025

    Just another example of a corporation that places numbers over customers. Does their service number connect to this location, nope. It connect to some incoherent call center that has about as much ability to make corrections as a squirrel has of operating a jumbo jet.

    These folks must have missed critical thinking day when they taught it in their MBA school. Literally, Fedex is either the most incapable service personnel or the laziest service provider around. Want to correct a shipping address while the package is en route, nope. Want to save the driver's time and the company money by preventing future deliveries to a non existent address, not with Fedex.     For 2 days Amazon and the texted I have received have said my package is out for delivery. At the same time the app and website has showed no progress past being at the lithia location. What did they do, open a new location to not have all the old bad Google reviews of the Austell location? Give them time, their true colors will shine through. Matter of facted i just watched the delivery truck drive by my house...
