- BMB Mathew4 days ago1.0I shipped an iPhone 16 from this location. I brought it in already securely packaged so no one could tell that there was an item of value in it. When Dwight, the store manager, was printing out the shipping label, he asked me if the value of the item inside was over $100. I answered that it was and I would like to place insurance on it. He asked me what was in the package. I was hesitant to say, but I told him it was an iPhone 16. He said he needed to check it, then opened the box, opened the inner packaging, pulled out the phone, took a look at it, and then re-wrapped it. I just think it was weird that he needed to personally inspect my package when he learned that a cellphone was in it. I will update this review when I receive confirmation that the phone was received by the person I was shipping it to.

For self-service printing, shipping, etc. I've always found them to be kind and helpful and the environment is less cluttered and crowded than other places I've been to. I haven't tried to print since they've updated their machines but have heard they're more difficult to use (not the employees' fault, keep in mind). For now, I'll drive out of the way to get to this location. Best one I've experienced!
