Instead of applying additional tape to my package she tried to charge me $30 for new box…. I even saw her dismiss another worker who was going to tape up the box. Went to another fedex and they taped it and sent me on my way. I sincerely hope she has a better rest of her week.

When Dwight, the store manager, was printing out the shipping label, he asked me if the value of the item inside was over $100. I answered that it was and I would like to place insurance on it. He asked me what was in the package. I was hesitant to say, but I told him it was an iPhone 16. He said he needed to check it, then opened the box, opened the inner packaging, pulled out the phone, took a look at it, and then re-wrapped it. I just think it was weird that he needed to personally inspect my package when he learned that a cellphone was in it. I will update this review when I receive confirmation that the phone was received by the person I was shipping it to.
