She has a terrible attitude everytime I go to ship. She does not say hi, can I help you, bye, have a nice day or anything for that matter. She throws you box on the scale and expects you do know what you need to do after that. I am not one to want someone to lose a job, but she does not belong in this position dealing with people. I feel like I'm bothering her when I come in to ship. I hate going there just because of her. The guy that works there is the total opposite. He is great. I started going out my way to ship at a different location now or use the post office that is further from my house so I don't have to deal with her negative attitude. The person at the other branch told me that it's surprising that she still works there with all the complaints she received. I wonder myself how she is employed here. I guess Fedex don't care anymore about who represents their company. Sad
