The document worker with the retrieval code at 1st but once I tried to scan another document at 6:55pm FedEx email response kept saying unable to retrieve your documents. No one offered any assistance as I was the last customer in the building. Ultimately I left at 6:59pm without getting my documents signed and scanned to myself, as the store does close at 7pm.

Today I walked in with my items, was immediately greeted and motioned to the second counter. The clerk immediately presented me with the envelope to put my stuff in, asked if I had a label, was very kind about helping me open the clear pouch for the label, and gave the the proof of shipping label before I had the label in the pouch. She was fast, nice, and made the experience pleasant. Thank you FedEx Office in Conyers!
