I shipped a large package to a destination only 3 hours away and he told me the cheapest option would cost $100+ and takes 6 or more days to arrive and had me pay for extra for insurance. Instead it arrived literally the next morning. Als for somehow the online rate is very different than the in store rate and the guy told me it’s normal and he had no clue why that’s the case… FedEx do better please!

When I chose to stand in line to have my package scanned by an employee, the manager came over and pressured me to try the drop box again. I understand the goal of efficiency, but if the machine doesn’t work, it doesn’t work—and customers should not be forced to use it. Now, 24 hours later, my package still isn’t showing as shipped. I called the store and spoke with an employee named Tommy to ask whether packages had been picked up from the drop box. He confirmed that they had. I explained that I still have my drop-off receipt and asked if he could help look into it, but he said he needed to transfer me to customer service because he had a line. While I understand being busy, it was frustrating to be brushed off when I was already on the phone and had all the necessary information. It’s experiences like this that explain why this location has so many negative reviews.
