¡BEWARE! EXTRA FEES 😱 FEES FOR DROPPING OFF A PREPAID PACKAGE!!! Not a normal FedEx Store. I drove here because it popped up on my Google maps search as the closest FedEx office center, there was nothing that would give any indication that it's not just a normal FedEx store so I went. I parked out front and on my way in the guards requested I give them my key before going to FedEx, no problem. I gave them my key and then jogged to the end of the giant lobby and found the FedEx store... I was dropping off a prepaid package all ready to go. All I needed was a receipt. And I'm told there's an extra fee to use this location. - went to drop off a PREPAID PACKAGE - got told there's an EXTRA FEE for that I couldn't believe it. I jogged out of there, grabbed my key from the front desk and left to drive to a different FedEx location. To her credit, I asked the employee "where's the closest normal FedEx Store that doesn't charge extra fees?" And she said "100 Peachtree Street" I drove there and didn't have a problem. I just couldn't believe they were trying to charge fees on a prepaid drop off. I won't be going back to this location ever again. Leaving 2 stars because I was not able to complete the task I went there to do but the employee did helpfully redirect me to the nearest normal location.

This review is for Darius. This man is the personification of professionalism. We were at a conference and I had to print some last minute postcards and he went above and beyond to problem solve. Thank you so much Darius and I wish every FedEx had people like you!

Brianna was super helpful! I was staying here at the Hilton and needed to get a copy made quickly. She made it happen and I'm grateful since it was so time sensitive. Thanks for great service!

I wish it was possible to give this FedEx negative stars. I have never had such a poor experience shipping a package in my life. I was staying at the Hilton and was directed to the FedEx in the hotel as the closest location. Upon arriving, a gentleman took the two tote bags of books I had from me and offered to package them for me. I am including a picture of how he packaged my books. I thought it seemed odd that what fit in a tote bag and a half needed a 21x21x12 box...All of my books arrived bent because they were not removed from the tote bags. Anyone who has ever shipped books, or anything for that matter, would know that this is not a good way to ship books. I was never asked if I wanted special packaging materials to protect them (I wouldn't have). After boxing my books in a box twice as big as what was necessary (see pictures), the man returned and began calculating my bill. Obviously the box was expensive (it again was twice as big as what was necessary) then a magical $20 fee was added on. At no point prior to ringing me up was the $20 "convenience" fee mentioned to me. At the condition my books arrived in, I would say having this man package my books was really inconvenient. I wish I'd walked down the street to a shipping establishment that would have asked me how I wanted things packaged and/or realized I did not want to spend an exorbitant amount of money shipping books. Anyway, returning to the "convenience fee", when I mentioned I had been unaware of the fee, the man pointed to a sign, partially blocked by packaging materials, that mentioned the fee. I had not seen it because, guess what, it was not immediately visible from the main counter. I am never allowing someone else to package my stuff again. I do not recommend this FedEx unless you are extremely desperate, even then take the 2 minutes to walk to a UPS or FedEx nearby, they'd probably respect you and your things more. The only positive thing I have to say, is that at least my bent and curved books arrived 2 days after I shipped them. I wish I could get my money back.
