The lady I spoke to didn’t give me her name and she hung up in my face after being rude and nasty towards me. I was very frustrated calling and was just trying to figure out where my package was after it being missing for days and she didn’t handle it professionally at all. Barely wanted to give me any information. She hung up on me after I got mean with her because of her attitude towards me. If you have a person like this working for your company she needs to be fired because this definitely has not been her first time being nasty to customers.
