- YNYunseo NamDec 19, 20251.0tall older looking man was extremely rude. asked them to print a label but redirected me to their kiosk. wasn’t aware that there is two different section in their system for either qr/bar code and when asked for assistance (as prompted by the kiosk) the man was very annoyed and talked to me as if I was stupid. didn’t even give me a receipt for a tracking number and had to come back for it. when i came back, he asked what I did with my receipt (which he never gave) and said well it’s too late now because they already loaded up in the truck. however the woman next to him solved the problem with little hassle, just had me scan the qr code again and printed the receipt for me. now i did come 30 minutes before their closing time, but regardless this is just poor professionalism.

I revisited this location today because on 10/10/25 I drop off Wfh equipment to be returned and the company hasn’t received it! The lady that provided service didn’t give me a tracking number or anything, she gave me a verbal confirmation. But today the man that worked there was so rude and unprofessional! Now I have to pay for equipment that fedex lost!

Instead of trying to have A+ customer service, he literally challenged every female customer as if he could not help us, that somehow ALL of our FedEx QR codes were magically invalid. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, FEDEX NEEDS TO RETRAIN HIM because as soon his female co-worker came on shift, she was able to see I had everything correctly laid out compared to the man who kept making me email them x5 times the same QR label fedex provided me with. Absolutely NOTHING was wrong with my label, he had a BAD attitude towards every female customer, including an elderly woman!!! It was extremely disgusting to witness and also go through myself! Absolute shame on him.
