I came in needing to print a blueprint and had an issue where the self-service machine wouldn’t recognize my USB drive. At the previous location, this exact issue turned into a frustrating ordeal with no help, no problem-solving, and an attempt to push an expensive staff-assisted print option instead. At this Midtown location, the staff immediately stepped in. They took my USB, opened the file, and sent it directly to the self-service machine in about 30 seconds. No excuses, no upselling—just competent, friendly service. I was completely done within 10 minutes. The difference in attitude, training, and willingness to help was night and day. This team actually cared about resolving the issue and made the experience smooth and stress-free. After how bad the earlier visit was, this staff truly shined and restored my confidence in FedEx Office. Highly recommend this location. This is what great customer service looks like.

The two young ladies working were on their phones on speaker talking to what sounded like their friends. One of them started my return but when she noticed it was a modem they had to package there was suddenly a realization that they got a email that the system was down in the area and I had to come in tomorrow. I asked if I should try the location on Ponce and they said it would be best to just try tomorrow again. I drove 10 mins away to the location on Ponce and they processed my return instantly with no hassle. It was pretty obvious that the two girls at this location simply did not want to do their jobs.
