The store associate Alexus was rude, distracted and being unhelpful throughout our interactions. I had to call up FedEx support to fix the mistakes made by the associate 😞I get people have bad days but it’s not an excuse to treat customers poorly 😒 This visit made me lose trust in this store and I won’t be coming back.
