    I promised to acknowledge the help Cynthia gave me on Oct.15, 2025. I wanted to know how much money to add to my FED EX stored value card to complete a project. Another representative suggested I manually count the pages. Cynthia stepped in, after seeing my frustration, and offered an automative count for me. It was a simple solution while there was no line that exemplified exceptional service! Thank you Cynthia!!! You helped me out in more than one way with that count!

    I had a great experience at Kinko’s thanks to Asia. She was attentive, professional, and clearly takes pride in her work. Even while helping other customers, she stayed aware of everyone’s needs — never missing a beat. What really stood out was how she balanced great customer service with keeping the space clean and organized. That kind of attention to detail says a lot about her work ethic and care for the customer experience. Big thanks to Asia and the Kinko’s team — it’s rare to see that level of consistency and pride in what you do. Keep it up!

    Do not come to this location they will add on fees without you know. I came into this location on Saturday 11/8/25 for a printing job 1 color page 1 black&white page. I clearly asked the boy if they charged extra to fold the paper in half he said NO all he had to do is run it through the machine. I come to pick up my 100 copies and they charged me a folding setup fee and a fee per page and because the original was 2 pages eventhough the final copy was front color back black in white which would have been 100 copies they charges for 200 copies. I clearly stated on 11/8 if there was a charge for folding I would fold them myself. SMH. STAPLES FROM HERE ON OUT!! PEARL NICHOLS

    Staff is lazy and will not do there job. As a customer, it is not my job to handle packages after they have been scanned in. Individual working on Sunday, 10/26/25 at 12:20pm asked me to scan my boxes at a kiosk and place on a counter off of the cart even though I clearly told him the boxes are too heavy to be lifting. FedEx customer service is crappy and has been that way for way too long

    I really do like to leave a good review when I can. often customer service can be so poor anywhere you go. I had International packages to ship never done it before had no clue what to do and did not have high expectations for help, it being on a Sunday and Limited hours. I will say the ladies on duty here, the crew, did great, one in particular. Jnelle. it took time to work everything through and figure best shipping. She was attentive and focused and found the best options. She also had good advice. This far exceeded anything I expected. I came in a little grumpy and when I left I had a smile at the quality experience. thanks to Jnelle. Great job and results. exactly what I needed. Thank you Jnelle and the Sunday crew at this location.
