I indicated my preference on the FedEx website, I’ve spoken with 2 of the drivers, & have filed 2 complaints at customer service number. Each time I was told that the person I was speaking with had sent a message to the Athens office while I held. Most of my deliveries are heavy boxes of pet food or cat litter. I must use a walker to get around, so it is very difficult for me to get these items moved from my front porch to garage. It would be so much easier for the driver to just drive to garage and unload. I am home bound, so could drag the items inside the garage as soon as I get notification of delivery. What does it take????
