- HHHamilton HudsonNov 4, 20255.0Today, I had a highly positive experience with the assistance of Mr. James at the FedEx store. I arrived at the store around 9:45AM. Upon entering, I was greeted by the store manager, who appeared to be the only employee present, wearing a light blue shirt. In response, I wished him a happy Tuesday. As I approached the counter, he asked, "How can I assist you today?" I was holding two packages that I needed to return. He inquired whether I had a shipping label, to which I replied affirmatively, stating that it was on my phone. He examined the label and informed me that I needed to email it to them. I encountered some difficulties in locating the shipping label and received no assistance, so I left the store to return to my vehicle in order to request the labels be resent to my phone. After receiving them, I returned to the store and was once again greeted by Mr. James. After explaining the situation, Mr. James kindly offered to help. He requested that I email the labels, after which I would receive a code on my phone to activate the labels. I felt a great sense of relief and was sincerely grateful for his support. Mr. James demonstrated a genuine interest in his work and in assisting customers. The FedEx company indeed has an exemplary employee in Mr. James, whose dedication and professionalism reflect highly on the organization.

From the moment I walked in, I felt that the employees were annoyed and looked at me negatively for simply needing help. Bonnie's attitude was especially egregious; she was completely unsympathetic and acted in a very nasty manner. Staff should be trained to be helpful and welcoming, not hostile. I will take my business elsewhere

- DCDolce CzuppAug 20, 20251.0One of the employees, a white male about 5’10-6ft with grey hair prob 50-60 yrs old, just almost hit me in the parking lot by swerving around my car like a maniac and then he continued to flick me off for no reason while wearing his fedex shirt in the fedex parking lot (very bold). He then drove off and almost hit two other cars because he pulled out in front of them LOL. Also, I have seen this man multiple times working inside of the fedex at the counter so watch out if you’re in the fedex parking lot!
- PPPurplerainAug 12, 20251.0Delivered my package to the wrong address. They submitted a picture that wasn’t my front porch and I immediately contacted after I got the delivery confirmation message. All they did was submit some useless ticket and then email me a few days later saying they couldn’t retrieve the package. I even talked to the fedex delivery driver the same day when he stopped at our drive way on his route AFTER HE ALREADY DELIVERED THE PACKAGE TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. He said he didn’t have our package which I already knew becauseee IT WAS DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. I showed him the picture of the delivery and told him that my package was delivered but the picture submitted wasn’t my house. He apologized and said he would retrieve the package and deliver it the next day, this obviously did not happen. It was legit a queen mattress in a box. To whoever got my package I hope it’s comfy. :,) And to Athens FedEx you lowkey suck for that man.
