I had 2 day delivery and one of the drivers put "business closed due to holiday- will try tomorrow" its residential. Pure laziness. Its sad cause if you dont like your job or not able to do your job go home!! People depend on you and there is no integrity! I hope and manager sees this and do something cause it's terrible i had to drive up there on my lunch break with my 4 year old son. God is good and thankful still was warm but the inconvenience is unnecessary. Do your job or let someone else do it!! Be bless!

However, recent delivery performance on the Camden Deerfield route requires management attention. On multiple occasions, packages clearly labeled with the correct apartment number were not delivered to the recipient’s door. Instead, they were left unsecured on the ground floor behind a stairwell. This does not meet reasonable delivery standards, particularly when customers pay for shipping and handling with the expectation of door delivery. This issue is especially problematic given the nature of the delivery. I recently ordered a mattress frame and related accessories because I am recovering from injuries sustained in a car accident caused by a drunk driver and am medically unable to lift items. Despite this, the delivery was marked “completed” while the packages were left on the first floor of a three-story building. My spouse is also unable to move these items, which completely defeats the purpose of the service. What is most concerning is that even a second package weighing approximately five pounds was also not delivered to the door. This indicates a pattern of incomplete delivery rather than an isolated oversight. This review is intended to bring this matter to management’s attention so it can be addressed through route oversight, driver coaching, or policy reinforcement. Customers should not be placed in a position where they must retrieve their own deliveries due to avoidable service shortcuts. Reliable execution is essential, and current performance on this route does not meet that expectation.
