They immediately transfer you to people who can barely speak English. They give you a time. Keep moving the time, you wait around to that given time, then after missing that time they say by 8pm!! So you have to waste your ENTIRE day on a signed delivery. After the package sat in their facility for 2+ days. They are the worst delivery company to deal with!!

I’ve received “Delivery Attempted” notices three days in a row — but no one ever rang the doorbell, knocked, or even came to my door. They reused the same old delivery photo from the first day and marked it as a new attempt. This package contains a brand-new phone, and I’ve literally waited outside during the estimated delivery times to avoid missing it — but no FedEx truck ever came. I’ve tried to contact FedEx multiple times — no one answers, no call back, and the app and phone system just go in endless loops. Even after requesting a call back, no one ever followed up. I also tried to change the delivery to hold for pickup, but their app doesn’t allow it. now I’m stuck waiting with no product and no resolution in sight. It honestly feels like intentional deception — FedEx is logging fake delivery attempts to avoid accountability while the customer is left helpless and ignored. If this is the level of service FedEx thinks is acceptable, I will NEVER use them again — and I will warn others to avoid them too.

I attempted to speak with a live person five times and have tried every trick in the book to get contacted to a live agent to give me a time window as to when to expect the delivery. The last recording I got said “I am unable to connect you to a live agent”. So I cannot leave my house or go into my backyard in fear that I will miss the delivery. This is probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Guess I’ll just sit around for 12 hours hoping that the package arrives.
