  AVOID THIS LOCATION. Have gone here many times with adequate service in the past but management/employees have changed. Went in to drop off a return package for which I had a QR code. There were 2 employees in the store and no other customers. I was directed to use self service. I have vision impairment that made it difficult for me to read the screen. I went back to the 2 employees who were literally standing around doing absolutely nothing and let them know I needed help. They refused to assist me. I asked for contact info for the manager. Was told by the assistant manager who was the one refusing to assist me that he was in charge and there was no manager. I ended up having to drive to another location 5 miles away where the employee was more than happy to help me. He was speechless for a moment when I told him what happened at the other store. He told me there is indeed a manager for that store and he provided me with his contact. UPS store for me from here on out.

  Thanks to Josh for his great Customer Service on Sunday afternoon, 10/26/25. I’d Corbin to print a couple of items and to pick up a printing order. He looked for this order of 12 copies on card stock, but couldn’t find it under the counter area. I showed Josh the e-mail I’d sent to their store, # 1560, and told him I’d rec’d a call with 2 questions fr the store, the same day I submitted this email. Josh looked again for this order, but he didn’t find it. Because I needed these copies this afternoon? Josh immediately made the copies for me, and cut up the 4 separate cards on each copy, into smaller, index card sizes as hand-outs. He saved me a lot of time and stress, plus he was helpful, gracious, and willing to “go the extra mile” for a customer! Thanks, Josh, for alllll your help! Please know how much I appreciated your professionalism! Thanks, FedEx, for hiring great people!

  Very rude Manager. This is a service industry…He flunked. I now go to the store over by Crabapple… they appreciate your business

  My bag was measured incorrectly, which resulted in an extra charge. This was frustrating and could have been avoided with more accurate handling.
