Their shipping services are incredible expensive and are so burdensome on the consumer. I am shipping a laptop using a FedEx box mind you, but because it wasn't the "correct" FedEx box, they were going to have to open, repack, etc. etc. All at my, the customer, time and expense. Don't even get me started on their delivery services, never on time and package handling is rough and careless. Saying all that, it is my mission to never use their products or services ever again.
