In a very rude tone that sounded like the person hated their job over the phone. If this is the customer service I'm met with over the phone, then I would not want to see how I'm treated if I was physically there. Avoid this location if you can.

When I inquired about it after waiting 10 to 15 minutes her response was these people are trying to beat the shipping deadline. In other words your service doesn't matter or us lower priority. I was handling legal documentation that had a 5pm CST timeline. When I walked off...she begin talking about me to the customers in the line. Totally disrespectful and rude!!! Now when I checked her about the behavior she acts as if I'm wrong. The only thing I was wrong for was coming to this location. I will NEVER return.
