More than anything, she has such a big, wide, beaming smile...amazing to walk into at 930 in the morning. I was not aware that I had to print my label at home, so Joy said it wasn't a problem and that I could email it to her...and so I did. While I located and forwarded the email, I watched Joy service another customer with that same beautiful smile...it was so nice to see. You are a pleasure, Joy! I've not experienced any of the complaints that other patrons have noted in the reviews.

They can sell it to me for $3.99... otherwise they can sell me a different box. I suggest taking out the shoe box, taping, and shipping it directly. Nope. Not an 'approved box'. But don't worry, they'll sell you one.

Hours posted on door are 9-7 on Fridays, so why are they closed?! 2021: Carol was extremely helpful with printing my son’s birthday invitations as well as entertaining him while I was cutting the invitations with their industrial paper cutter.

I had to go out of my way to get the employees to do what i needed and it still would take more then once for them to get it right with a end result of me just telling them to forget it and to refund my money. Terrible representation of Fedex i would recommend you take your business elsewhere.
