They weren't prepared at all, had no clue what we needed to do or the amount of money they needed to close on our house. No one contacted us. No one emailed us. We had to get the process started ourselves and it was just an overall horrible experience. They need to be better with communication and setting expections way in advance. Not the day before closing.
