- DWDaniel WoodwardFeb 5, 20211.0INCOMPETENT! We signed up for "Pay-by-Pay" for workers compensation insurance. Even though they withheld premiums from us they failed to pay the Workers Comp company for 4 months. We informed them twice that our policy was going to be cancelled if premiums were not paid and both times they assured us it was taken care of. It wasn't and the insurance was cancelled even though ADP sent us an email with a policy number and effective date. They continued to withhold money for Workers Comp from our payroll for several months. Once we discovered the account was cancelled we asked ADP to resolve. Not only did they not resolve it, they never admitted their fault and never apologized. Don't even consider using this company for your very important payroll services! They are incompetent.

Outstanding support tickets for weeks without a response, including people not being able to login. By far this is the worst company I have ever worked with. Don't be fooled by a potential lower cost with their products/service as you will spend much more in hours dealing with their product and their non-customer service.
