- JBJennifer BindaJun 12, 20251.0This company should not be in business. I am currently looking for a new service. My payroll and workers comp will be gone from them by next year. Very nice in the beginning, but after you are set up, you can't get ahold of anyone when you need them. HOWEVER, I get a call every other day from sales to sell me Retirement accounts, Employee handbooks, and Workers Comp, which I'm told I don't have with ADP- and I do!! Even a so called "District Manager" came in to my office and I told him about some issues. He gave me his card and assured me that if there was ever an issue, to call him. Well, 2 emails and 1 left message has gone unanswered. This place is a joke. DO NOT CHOOSE THEM. **Let me update this: After speaking to our so called Account Manager on 9/19/25( trying to sell me something) and him promising to fix this, the calls have INCREASED. It's pathetic. I'm not even nice anymore. 2 calls in 2 days. I asked Jake (9/23/25) and Ben (9/24/25) to email the information they were referring to in the sales call. But NEVER got the information. 10/2 ADP just called me to see who we use for Payroll. SMH
