Everything was handled through their automated system, there was not a lot of physical paper shuffling and she handled both payoffs of a new mortgage and funding from proceeds of the sale of a home perfectly The same day the transactions took place she understands the business she knows what to work to look out for and I would highly recommend Tracey Griffin and First American title for all of your title needs!
- KLKevin LazarNov 22, 20191.0I have had 2 closings thus far with this company and I would not recommend them to anyone. The first time, they would not return multiple phone calls leading up to the closing day. In addition the figures did not match up on either closing, which needed to be reconciled afterward. The Closing agents, one a contractor and the other their employee ran through the documents quickly and were rushed the entire time. One of the closing agents said " I have an appointment 30 minutes after your closing and they are just as important as you are, so we are going to need to run through this quickly!" Overall, I would recommend this company to anyone.
