If I could rate DHL a zero I would have, unfortunately zero was not an option. If anyone @ DHL Corporate office is reading this, then listen up! I worked from home today, 11/10 to wait for me delivery & this is how it went: 1. DHL showed my package was on the truck for delivery @ 9:45 am. 2. Note was added @ 3:22 pm that attempt was made but “customer was not home”. Not only was I home, but I have cameras & and the driver NEVER ATTEMPTED DELIVERY. No note on door, or knock.
3. Called Customer Service within ten minutes, the extremely professional & helpful Agent called the Miami location but the Miami location refused to provide him with any information other than to tell your Agent Oscar, that they would call or email me soon. 4. I received an email from DHL stating that I had requested a delivery date change to Wednesday, 11/12. Said request was NEVER made by me, I can only guess that “someone” was covering their tracks for incorrectly noting my delivery to make it appear as though the driver attempted delivery. 5. After 2 calls to Customer Service & my request to speak to a Supervisor, I finally got a call back. THERE EXPLANATION FOR NOT DELIVERING MY PACKAGE WAS THE FOLLOWING (this after I informed the DHL representative that deliver WAS NEVER ATTEMPTED because I have a door camera and no one from DHL appears on it)…….Package was in the trunk, driver was a mile away, but had too many deliveries today & since my package was not a priority & sender paid for Wednesday delivery, the delivery was changed to Wednesday 11/12, & the information reflect in DHL’s tracking system is what’s automatically generated by the DHL tracking program you use. Therefore, the driver’s notes of “attempt tried but no one home” & “Customer requests delivery change to 11/12” is generated by the system, and DOES NOT reflect the true information. WT!!!! To say this customer service practice by the South Florida location to safe face is appalling & beyond unprofessional, as someone with over 20 years of HR & Customer Service background. This reflects badly on DHL as a well known company, and even worse on your delivery practices, or in this case lack there off. My suggestion is to retrain your employees in South Florida on how to enter the CORRECT & TRUE package tracking information in the system & retrain the Supervisor on being accountable, instead of giving customers wrong information, until they are called out by Customer’s proof & therefore changing their reason for non delivery & admitted that delivery was NEVER attempted. DO BETTER BEFORE DHL GOES BANKRUPT due to horrible an inexcusable delivery practices!

Dhl is not a good delivery company they lie about making deliveries and when they arrive they never knock so u don't know they came then they lie to u when u are trying to find out about your package wait for the so called second attempt even drop the signature signing for the package so they can just leave it at the door and then be told u need to schedule a delivery so u do that still nothing u call more lies I'm calling corporate tomorrow because im tired I have had.it with them

DHL has been a reputable global brand over the years. However; there seems to be a bad and rotten apple amongst your apples (drivers) my candid advise as a client is that you fish out this rotten apple who stole my package so that he or she does not corrupt the other delivery personnel.
DHL cannot play the ostrich at a time like this.
