However, when I called up to the post office to check on the status of it, I was notified that it was deleted for non-verification. The woman who answered the phone was rude and tried to call me a liar. The need to train their employees on customer service.

If you need to mail a package, they can help with that too! Just need to drop off an envelope? Use the drop box that you can simply pull up to.

They stopped delivering packages to my house also. So instead of leaving items on my secure porch, I have to load my baby up and go to them to pick my packages up. I've lived her for 5 months and they are extremely slacking recently.

She never left the area of the phone. She comes back and says she went in the back and checked and the item wasnt there that it must have left. Keep in mind i could hear her talking the entire time. Secondly if the package left that facility how come there is no departure time stamp? USPS in general is Trash.
