- LLLisAug 13, 20253.0They're friendly for the most part. But one thing that's messing with me is that if there's something like a package or letter that requires signature, instead of actually coming to my door, they'll just put a slip into my box. I don't drive for medical reasons. So I have to uber to the post office, because I live on a dirt road that both a 2007 Honda Civic AND the garbage truck can drive on. It kind of defeats the purpose.

- MMMSJul 4, 20255.0We had a wonderful experience with our Passports in Paisley Post Office. The outside is clean and the office has plug ins to make the office smell inviting. The staff was helpful answering our questions on what to bring and scheduling our appointments. They also take walk ins Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 11:30am and from 1:00pm to 3:30pm - they do close from noon to 1:00pm for lunch. Great job Paisley Post Office!
- HHhyperkitty256Aug 26, 20201.0We have had so many problems with this post office. From other people getting our mail and stealing it or we find it opened in a trash can. Delivers gone missing, scanning it to say it’s been delivered when it hasn’t and having to go in to get it. Wrong key for parcel locker or a key that’s says it right but doest open it at all, plus their hours mean you are likely to have to wait till the next day to get there, which can be awful if you don’t get off work in time. Even with a PO Box, it never ends up in the correct places.
- RJraylene johnsonJun 22, 20191.0I am absolutely beyond upset with this post office had a package that said it was delivered months ago and spoke with the staff everyone tried to say it got delivered it got put in the box, well it was a large box and the key was not in our mailbox for the package box. Months later one of them admitted to putting the keys in the wrong box and that they were going to send a note to the people whom they thought received they keys by their mess up. Still nothing was heard so I just took that as a loss. Today shipped 3 packages out called at 1120 all the way until 12pm and no one answered the phone. The customer that bought the item cancelled their payment as soon as I let them know the packages were shipped, so i tried to call and have them hold my packages but no one answered and i was already too far away from the post office to make it there before they closed. Now in order to interrupt the packages i have to pay an additional $41+ for each package when the shipping for all 4 was only a little over $50. COMPLETELY OUTRAGED A F********* DISAPPOINTED we are supposed to be trusting them with our mail and things keep happening. If you close at 12pm there should still be someone answering the phones before closing time.
