  We joined the Marketing Ninja Team towards the end of May this year and have seen a tremendous increase in our sales. The ninjas have ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS been sooo kind, supportive, and helpful towards us no matter how silly of a question we have. They are extremely quick with their responses and I've never second guessed any decision that they made. We started our company in 2024 and this year our sales have increased by approximately 483.3% . I am extremely grateful for their guidance and support and will continue to work with them! Thank you all so much!

  Just making a public review here!!! I have used them since they started. There were great to start with. But lately I have spent hours on the phone with them trying to just make a payment. Customer service has gone to zero. They have threatened to take me to court because they deleted my account, not once but twice, only to apologize and tell me they are sorry for the inconvenience. It is not my fault that their processor does not work and could not make my payment. I got so frustrated that I told them I was going to another company which they refused to transfer all my information over. I had to threaten him to go to the FCC before they let my phone number go. They did not send all the information over so now I’m stuck trying to start my account back over from scratch with high-level. I just wanna let the public know what kind of company you’re dealing with. I’m not gonna tell you not to go with them, but what I will tell you is to do your research. There are other companies out there that will do you a much better job with consistent service. I wound up going to another company which I transferred from to start with. I should’ve never left. If you’re looking for someone to handle your high-level again, I would strongly suggest do your research. It’s not necessarily how you start a relationship, but how you end the relationship in my opinion everything was done unprofessional. Update: I don’t mind posting screenshots of the the 7 hours of conversations I spent trying to get them to make a simple payment. Nothing wrong with my card!! THE OTHER COMPANY HAD ZERO PROBLEMS WITH IT,!!!! I SPENT SEVEN HOURS ON THE PHONE! ! Of course I was upset! I PAID THE BALANCE DUE!!! THEY HELD MY ACCOUNT HOSTAGE STILL TO THIS DAY!! I had to start over from SCRatch! WHO DOES THIS? WHAT A BUNCH OF DRAMA!!

  Jana and her team are nothing short of amazing! They gave me all the options I can do or not do and let me choose. Not only do they give me options they explain how it would be beneficial or maybe even be better to wait and build other aspects 1st. They truly care about you and your business and not just about rushing you to sign and then ignore you. They're always willing to give advice when asked or offer support when you need that boost of confidence. Thank you and your team again for being so caring and supportive for the industry
