They knew my intent was to construct a new home on the property I was purchasing, yet they insisted on using Perry Surveying for the survey I was paying for. When I asked Perry Surveying for the CAD file of the survey, they refused and the surveyor got on the phone and state his rational like a child that it was his and he does not have to share it with anybody. I now question the validity of my survey.
