My realtor was Kristy Newel so I don't know how First American Title company was chosen for this but whatever the reason was I am forever grateful about it. First American Title in Lutz was amazing every person I talked to or emailed was so professional and polite. They helped me with everything you have to do when closing. They kept me in all conversations with my realtor and mortgage company. When I finally met them in person I really felt like I've known them forever like good friends. I will forever be thankful for all their help, thoughtfulness, professionalism and friendship.

I immediately emailed Michelle about this to get it fixed. After not getting any response, I called the office many times, however she was always out of the office, either on vacation or has not come in for her shift yet. I was told that she would call me as soon as she gets into the office. After two months of no response, I decided to call again and was lucky enough to have her answer phone telling me there was nothing she could do about it. They obviously could care less about their clients after they got their money. I would recommend going elsewhere. They are by far the worse company I've ever used.
