- TTTomNov 16, 20251.0Do not let GEICO give you Homeowners insurance, do not get the GEICO auto or homeowners insurance. The company GEICO used Homesite insurance is terrible. Geico should be ashamed of themselves. I have been with GEICO for 30 years, never filed a claim, now that I need assistance no one is around to help. You get no extra benefits for being with this company for 30 years. Shop around, I'm cancelling both policies, I found lower rates!.

I was so wrong. I filed a claim 10 days ago and cannot get anyone from the insurance company to return my calls. I made a very bad decision using GEICO for my insurance needs.

I checked what a policy would cost me came up to $957 with the coverages I wanted today I went to pay for it once I put my credit card in. It popped up with a new price of almost $1400 . There was no way I could access a human being to speak to. I had the stupid chat box feature that was not at all helpful. I then googled GEICO customer service phone number and after 10 to 12 minutes of fooling around with answering the robots question I finally got a human being. She told me the same thing that I needed to give her my credit card so she could access this quote she promised me that I would not be charged unless I agree I gave it to her and now this new price came out. I told her you know what keep your GEICO policy. I do not like the bait and switch tactics. Your company is offering. I also see that the price for the policy came up only after I put my credit card so be very careful their misrepresenting I didn’t change any coverages and certainly my license information hasn’t changed. I’m furious. I will never do business with GEICO again beware.
- BEBling EmpireOct 16, 20251.0I remember I was dashing someone’s food and a female worker came out and had me go around the whole building when I could’ve just been where I was supposed to be if I went the other way she knew what she was doing jealousy is horrible I knew that’s all that was after being sent on a wild goose chase it was all for her amusement to get a quick laugh and as I was going around the entire building for no reason I went past 3 employees that gave me a blank look like I did something I had hey and just looked silly at me I was like they have mad people working.
- MMMatthew McOct 15, 20251.0they are a very incompetent business, each time I've had to deal with them there is a huge issue and I spend HOURS on the phone talking to agents that can't help as they explain policies that they are violating as they speak. the only thing that is quick with GEICO is how fast they collect your premium payment. they will ask how they can provide excellent service but yet they can't even follow their own policies. I have received quotes from progressive and state farm that are a better value than what GEICO offers.
