From start to finish, communication was practically nonexistent—they rarely returned calls or emails, and I constantly had to chase them down for updates. Scheduling appointments was a nightmare; everything felt last-minute and disorganized. It was clear that attention to detail and customer service are not priorities here. Both Susan Anderson and Laura Alvarado do this company no justice and caused unnecessary stress in an already stressful process. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth or professional closing experience.
