Blatantly ignores critical information (including complete remodels, views, etc), and clearly selects comparables based on whatever is easiest to compare, not what's most logical. Took him over 2 weeks to pull a nonsense number out of his a$%. He was also very abrasive towards my wife. I can't fathom how he was given a certification of any kind. It must've been an oversight because no competent person would possibly agree that Kevin has a fully functioning brain. If you hear he's going to be appraising your property, good luck.
