We were sold services for CarAccidents.com with clear expectations, yet nothing that was promised was ever delivered. After paying a significant amount of money, we received no meaningful services in return and no follow through on what was discussed during the sales process. For months, my team reached out by phone and email, often receiving vague responses like “someone else from the team will get back to you later” but no actual updates or resolutions. The representative "Vince Alluzzo" who sold us the services, listed as the Sales Director, is no longer with the company, and communication since then has only declined. Most recently, even after being told to call back at a specific time because “the team was at lunch,” the same number suddenly stopped being answered entirely. At this point, we cannot find any active number that anyone will pick up. We are still attempting to reach someone who will take responsibility and address the issue, but the lack of communication and failure to deliver what we paid for has made this feel like a complete sham. We trusted this company and were left with nothing to show for it.

Initially I asked for a trial basis and they insisted it had to be paid in whole up front. They deliberately choose to screw us. Believe the reviews or get scammed. *Update: It's 100% a scam in every way. Fake people, fake numbers, fake e-mails, literally everything. And they're still e-mailing me as a new person now thinking that I don't know better or they're just being careless. It's not that they won't deliver. They won't. It's that it's entirely a scam from start to finish and they were never ever going to fulfill this promise and always planned to disappear. It's 100% an organized crime. Don't take your chances. You are guaranteed and promised to lose. And file a report with the FBI for internet crimes if you end up here for the same reasons everyone else is. Review them on FB too so the rating can reflect their crimes.
