We asked for mailbox keys 3 times during closing and were told they had no idea what we were talking about. One week after closing, we called the office and they said they have our mailbox key. When I arrived to pick up the mailbox keys, I was given the keys without any identification checks.

Title company not accountable for their own mistake and I as a real estate agent had to eat that money because I wasn’t gonna ask my clients for that after the closing transaction. This title company was used through a new build. Would not choose to work with his title company in the future.

The notary's phone was constantly vibrating; at one point she turned to look at her phone. This company has no respect for their customers' time nor did they seem to care about communicating effectively.
