- IMIAM Sent meAug 18, 20251.0I have been a client of Wells Fargo for over 30 years. Today I showed up to the bank and had a very disappointing meeting where the branch manager ,Jailene's professional expertise was challenged. She failed to represent her authority with sound judgement and in favor of the company. Also noted was her unprofessional dressing for the job. Her faded green jean and T-shirt is way short of someone in her capacity... Maintenance crew has a dress code, why are managers of a bank allowed to show up like this. I am giving Wells Fargo the benefit of the doubt to recognize and maintain great client relationships. Awaiting a call from their corporate escalation team.
