- FAFarah AliAug 1, 20251.01 Star (Only because 0 isn’t an option) Our experience with ProShred Fort Lauderdale Secure Document Destruction was deeply disappointing and frustrating from start to finish. For several months, we repeatedly requested service and were assured on numerous occasions that someone would be arriving to handle our shredding—yet no one ever showed up. We called daily, were promised callbacks that never came, and were consistently forgotten. The complete lack of follow-through and basic customer service was astonishing. When a driver did finally respond, we were met with unprofessionalism. The driver, Felippe, was consistently rude and dismissive, offering excuses rather than solutions. Communication from management was virtually nonexistent, and we were left with a full shredding bin taking up space for far too long. We ultimately had to terminate our service and insist they retrieve their equipment, which felt like an uphill battle in itself. The only person in the company who showed genuine care and effort was Cindy—her professionalism was the one redeeming part of this entire experience. Unfortunately, ProShred operates with poor management, no accountability, and a clear lack of respect for their clients’ time and needs. We cannot recommend them under any circumstances.

- PPPro ParalegalJun 16, 20251.0Just had this company here. I WOULD GIVE THEM A ZERO! DO NOT USE THEM. The most unorganized unprofessional company I have ever encountered!!! I called over a week ago , never showed up on the date we arranged. Rescheduled for today and again an issue. Called them and they sold out!!!! Guy finally came, could not give me a receipt or a final price! Called his boss and was told they would let me know tomorrow? I think NOT! TERRIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL STAY CLEAR!
