    Had the best experience at this UPS location today doing a return for Amazon. I had a massive item that did not fit very well in the box provided, Sheila and another employee, went out of their way to make sure that the item fit and the package was well shut. Love this UPS store!!! The ladies are always so friendly and so helpful!!!

    We all know there are a lot of UPS stores to choose from but only one has Fernando. Fernando made my day by making several different mailings a piece of cake! He’s incredibly polite and always entertains me with his wit and authenticity. As long as Fernando’s in this UPS store location, it’s my spot. Thx, Fernando!!

    Ravi is the best! He went above and beyond to help me with the daunting project of shipping family heirlooms out of state. He made sure every dish and glass was wrapped and packed with professional care. He secured them perfectly for moving. If you need items packed and boxed, I highly recommend Ravi and this UPS store..The level of service he provides is rare these days, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. If you need someone reliable who truly knows what they’re doing, Ravi at The UPS Store is the one to call!

    Did a print job here, and the one clerk miss-guided me on services offered, showed no interest in learning from her manager after acknowledging it was her mistake. The quality of the binding was sub-par, so I wouldn't return for that service. Shipping here has been great though.
