- AAAnna AJun 24, 20251.0I’d like to share my experience with this store this morning. I came in with a baby to send documents to Canada. There were two young woman working. I explained to them that there is no rush and I’d like to know all options. They gave me a quote on my package and the price was outrageous for a 2 oz envelope $177. I’d like to mention that they packaged my envelope before even giving me a quote. I asked them that they’re just be other options since I don’t need it to be delivered in a rush delivery. They started telling me that that the ONLY choice and all UPS stores only offer that price unless I do it online myself. One of them told me that I should go home and do the label myself if I want to save money. I refused to use their services for $177 for one envelope since this was ridiculous so I left. Before I left another one of them told me that if I go to any UPS store the price will be the same even though I showed her online prices on UPS website and one of them was $31 for a non rush service. Guess what I went to the another UPS store a few blocks away and sent my envelope for $31 like it was shown online. Please be aware of this store where they were trying to scam me into paying a price almost 6 times more and telling me that there is NO other option. Shame on those women and I hope this will be looked into by the owner. They give misleading /scamming information so they can charge people who actually come to the UPS for help and service. Do not recommend this UPS store.
