  The staff is not efficient and has poor communication skills. Checks were sent to incorrect parties via regular mail and the re-issued checks were still not expedited due to the error. The matter is still not resolved. In my 10 years experience and many closings this has never happened with another title company.

  The owner Brad is professional and nice, some of the staff seemed inexperienced but Brad was sensitive to that and made the experience positive, he went above and beyond to ensure a very difficult contentious transaction went well and he did a great job. This was not just a normal Easy closing. The parties were challenging and Brad used his experience to make it work for everybody satisfactorily.

  Excellent service, very friendly and knowledgeable staff !!! They handle everything in a extremely professional and best way. Let the customer know everything about the process. Had a wonderful experience with them personally and would recommend them to anybody and everybody. If you are working with Spirit Title company, be assured that you are in safe hands. Tremendous job, Team, keep it up :-) Update 08/01/2017: Spirit Title Company is one of the best title companies in South Florida. Our experience with the team has been amazing both the times we purchased homes. Brad is a super nice human being with a team of super ladies who can do the job quickly and efficiently. Everyone in the team is just amazing, be it Maria, Yamille, Brad, you name one. They have avery nice little untidy office at the corner of Souglas Rd and Sheridan in Pembroke Pines, FL. Very quiet place, and the team does the job very quick, they explain you everything, and you feel at home all the time. I wish they start some more advertizing because they are amazing and don't have much presence in the media, probably because Brad is a person who belives in the "Work speaks more than advertisements", and I agree, it is 100% true. I recommend them to anyone in the home buyin gor seeling business. Not sure about other services provided by them but home title service is the best around.
