I have literally lost hundreds of dollars worth of items and there is zero responsibility taken. not only that, they are understaffed and there is *always* a wait.

Ohio BMV provided instructions on handling this since I am now in FL and the transferee and vehicle are in OH. My portion of the title was filled in as required. The notary took my ID, made the logs in her book, told me to sign the title--which I did. She then reviews the title and states she needs to verify the odometer reading...after she already had me sign!! This is an out state title transfer! Now, my title is ruined and invalid because she had me sign it and then didn't notarize it! It's a simple transfer to an elderly family member, my step-father, it's not even a sale. Now it seems my only option is to fly back to Ohio and take care of this in person since my vehicle title is no longer valid.

The lady there (so called manager) refused to mail my package back to a mid wear supplier, the same supplier who mailed me the package the day before via UPS! The item I was returning was in original package and in original box. She refused because it was a new “wood” gun stock. (No metal, trigger sights just wood! She said “That goes on a gun I’m not shipping it” I was appalled and embarrassed in front of everybody in the store and now inconvenienced. I then called the UPS main branch to launch a complaint and ended up talking to what appeared to be a woman that English wasn’t too good and appeared to be in India. I will not be coming back to the store again.
