I had never been here before, so I wasn't aware the parking spots were slanted, just thought we parked weird since nobody was there and since I was in a rush, so I had hopped out the car to head into the store only to immediately trip on the parking stump next to us. I busted BOTH of my knees. They're both badly scraped and have very painful bruises, and I have scapes on my toes (I was in sandals) and my wrist. I was lucky I didn't damage what I was returning when I fell! Now I can barely walk without having to limp or without being in horrible pain, and even now I'm lucky I wasn't hurt worse. Not to mention, I'm young, imagine how bad it would be if an older person took a fall like this!

When my boxes were delivered there were two individual boxes under one order, not taped together as one large box. The crew leader at the UPS Store (with dark hair and a long beard) said they could not accept those and they had to be taped and they do not tape them. I asked for tape in which I would tape them together. He said I would have to buy a roll of tape on the wall. I only needed less than 14" of tape not a complete roll. He would not offer any additional customer service. Very poor! I went home to get my tape and went to A&J Packing on Chiquita Blvd next to Public's . No problem. Super A+++ customer service without issues! Guess where I will not be returning.
