  What bad customer service, they made me wait more than 15 minutes, two ladies attend in the printing area when they attended me, they told me I was sorry but it is their lunch. Terrible service in this store.

  This is the worst place I’ve been in my life. I was here to do some printings but there’s no employees around. There’s maybe 1 employee that works here and he’s probably a manager. I stood there 20 minutes looking for someone to help but no one were around. It’s so sad. Please do not waste your time coming in here. This place needs to shut down immediately.

  I work with a company that has a large corporate account with Staples. We went to this location to have a fairly simple and inexpensive Copy job completed for a project. A task that we complete at Staples all over the country with no issue whatsoever. However, we were instructed by the manager at this location that they couldn't make a simple color copy of a blueprint we brought in. He claimed some issue with it causing damage to his printer. When we showed him the receipt from the Staples only 30 min away that completed the same task for $12, he argued that they could only use heavier stock, which changed the price to $64! We decided to go to Office Depot just down the road and James at their Copy Center was fantastic! Completed the job quickly and with no issue, only charging us the $12 it should have. What we did not tell the Staples Manager was that several of us have also been Staples Store Managers in our past careers, and he was making up excuses to raise the price in our opinion. Terrible service.

  Needed help making business cards and Laura was working in the copy& print center. She went way above and beyond for me and made it such a joyful experience for me!!! Laura is the kind of person that companies pray to get because I would send anyone I know specifically to her and I’ll go see her anytime I need business cards or print for work! STAPLES better be paying her good! Thanks Laura <3.
