God help you if you have to work with Renee 👎 I submitted a few applications on RH's website and followed up several times with the recruiter on the job posting, Renee Janolo. After numerous unsuccessful attempts to reach her which included voicemails left over the course of several weeks, in addition to a direct message via LinkedIn. I next called the office directly to try and get another hiring manager. I was given the number of a manager in King of Prussia, which I called, left a message and still nothing. I called the local office again, only to be redirected to some other person in PA, so I told them that if I didn't connect with someone about the positions that I applied weeks prior that I would post a negative review with the Better Business Bureau. My hope was that they'd get it together and finally get the ball rolling, still nothing. You'd figure that anyone that actually cares about their job and the company they represent would be quick to respond. NOPE, not Renee and her colleagues. However, I noticed that within 30 minutes after my complaint Renee peaked at my LinkedIn and still didn't reach out to me. So clearly, if it's a matter of gossip Renee is quick to investigate. 🧐🤔 From my experience, recruiters are some of the worst personnel in business. If they had real technical skills, they would apply them to the workforce. Honestly, I'm jealous of the lack of work they put in during the course of a 40hr week, while still getting a paycheck. On the flipeside, people like myself that LOVE TO WORK can't even get an interview because of poor talent managers that are unwilling to even pick up the phone. I get it, you're lazy and accustomed to getting a paycheck without earning it, unlike the rest of us in the workforce. You'd think that they'd be more inclined to help considering they earn sales/commissions for the talent they find. However, people like Renee Janolo have no idea what talented candidates look like because they have no talent. Lastly, if you're a business that needs people to work like 90% of institutions during " The Great Recession," you'd have more luck posting something on LinkedIn or the newspaper because Robert Half is not the answer. Sorry for my honesty but that's why we write reviews to help others avoid the same mistakes. My only wish was that I could give no stars, instead of one. 🤮👎

A month ago I contacted the Wilmington branch with the hope of getting assistance finding a new position and forming a long term, mutually beneficial relationship with Robert Half. After speaking with the answering service I was eventually put in touch with Renee Janolo who is supposedly the VP of permanent staffing at the Wilmington branch. After a few back and forth emails we had a 30 minute phone conversation where we went over the standard introduction/questions about what type of position I was looking for, location, salary, etc. I thought it was a productive conversation and Renee was currently working on filling a position that looked to be a good fit for my background. After the phone call ended she emailed me the job description and I gave her the go ahead to send the company my resume. She emailed me back and told me she would send it over that day. I didn't know it then but that was the last time I would speak to Renee. A week later I sent Renee an email asking if there was any news about the position. After not hearing back for a week, I left a voice mail for Renee on her cell phone asking what was going on. That same day, I went to the company's website and found that the position I was submitted for was no longer listed so I assumed it had been filled, which in and of itself isn't an issue at all but I'm struggling to understand why that wasn't communicated to me. I've been checking out some internet reviews of this branch and this has happened to several other people. Why would your recruiters break off all contact with potential job prospects without any sort of notice? Would you consider this professional behavior? Believe me in that I'm trying to give Renee that benefit of the doubt and hoping that she isn't out with an illness but after a) seeing how quickly she responded when we first started communicating and b) the aforementioned reviews of your branch it appears to be fairly common among your recruiters to simply stop communicating with potential hires. If there's to be any hope of me considering working with RH again in the future I would like an explanation as to why this happened and if you have any plans to correct this behavior going forward. I know I'm speaking on behalf of many others when I write that this is a completely unacceptable and unprofessional way to run a business. I have already sent an email to RH customer service with my contact info. Thanks for your attention to this matter.

They have supplied us with Temp to Perm employees now for some time. I have found that the referrals have been top notch and pick up quickly on tasks assigned.

Currently I am working with Robert Half for about one month for my career advancement in accounting and within a few days I got a temporary assignment. I am totally satisfied with their service from the beginning in helping me to find my desired job. It is very easy to work with the staff and they are very professional in handling matters, such as understanding my needs, assessing my skills and experience and checking my professional references. I would like to continue to work with them until I reach my ultimate goal in my professional career and I don't have any hesitation to recommend them to any one who needs an expertise in their career search.
