- BVBPV VDec 17, 20251.0I attempted to hire this service to shred several boxes of client files. I called this company VRC and spoke to a very polite young man in Texas. Set the appointment was given a date and then days later attempted to contact the local office to verify appointment without any success. After 4 attempts I recontacted the young man and he went on to contact the local office for me. I recieved a call today from a very rude woman who claimed to have called me. As we spoke I checked my phone log showing no calls from the local number and no messages left. When I asked why no message was left and no evidence of her call she went off asking if I was calling her a liar. I would not recommend this company at all. I called a company in Glastonbury CT, they will be here tomorrow thrusday for a considerable amount less. Avoid VRC... very unprofessional.
