  I switched over from ADP years ago and since then they continually call my company and I explain to them never again will I use them, they keep calling and calling when I get angry they hang up in my face and refuse to take me off their list after I have told them time and time again. A couple said they would be sure to remove me but they just will not stop. I am so sick of begging them to stop soliciting me.

  It's very hard to get in contact with a rep try the website and in the chat they told me they don't talk to employees for me to contact my employer I just needed my new job added to the app and it seems like there's no way called chatted looked at the website there's no help at all to fix my problem which is very simple remove previous employers to new employers can be added.

  ADP is absolutely terrible! There's no support on the website, and the app is no help either. I contacted a rep via chat and they were not patient at all as the female I spoke to was rushing me. The only thing I needed was to terminate my account and open a new one due to having a new job and I don't even have that option to do that on my own. HR from my previous job told me to contact ADP but they're just no help on the site, on the app, or in the chat.
